Are your parts OEM?
No, every part here is of our own design and manufacture. Our parts are not OEM parts, they are all Printi-Parts brand parts. That allows all our parts to be designed, and made in the US, and to always be of the highest quality possible.
How does Printi-Parts handle orders?
We operate on a print on demand system, as soon as we get your order it gets put in the queue to be processed. With that queue we leverage our growing farm of machines to speed up the process at which orders are fulfilled. Generally getting orders done in a relatively short amount of time. Average order to shipped lead time is three business days, and we are constantly working on methods to improve and shorten that lead time as much as possible. Even going so far as to have dedicated machines for certain parts, and an inhouse solution we’ve dubbed “Priority Processing“, which has sped up our process significantly.
What is your return policy?
Here at Priniti-Parts all parts are made to order. Because of that, returns are accepted only if the product is not used and not damaged in any way. Funds will be returned once product is received by us and inspected for damage. Printi-Parts is not responsible for return shipping.
Please note: all returned products will be subject to a 10% non refundable restocking fee.
Custom products will not be available for returns as they have been specially designed for you. However, if you have any issues please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to help you with your concern.

What is your shipping policy?
Here at Printi-Parts, our farm is running 24/7. We ship every non-holiday weekday and Saturday.
We work in a very expediate manor, shipping as soon as possible, generally shipping within 3 business days. Though with most orders they go out next day, depending on time the order was received, and the current backlog.
Occasionally the USPS skips my scheduled package pickup. If this happens your order will go out the day after you received tracking information. Though we do also make additional trips to post offices most weekdays around lunch time. As well as secondary trips Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Do you have install directions?
Yes we do! We are working to build a dedicated resources section on our website to make it easy to find install instructions. We also have install videos for some products (with more on the way) on our youtube channel: Printi-Parts Youtube Channel
